Services Overview
Included with ALL our plans is full tech support with a real person. Also included in ALL plans is free account setup and periodic account maintenance.
Something unique to our business plans, is full content and website management - a hands off approach. Just send us an email or phone call detailing the changes or updates to be made, and we'll take care of everything elseMonthly programming time is included in our Basic Business Hosting Plan, which covers approx. four (4) website updates per month. These updates are for content changes only, and do not cover changes to the framework/structure of the site. More programming time can be easily added to your package, which gives you the flexibility of minor website changes and/or more frequent site updates.
Tech programming hours may be purchased as needed at the rate of $65/hour. If we add the additional tech hours to your plan, the rate ends up at $45/hour. When added to your plan, we can also be more flexible in time allotment. Meaning, some months may have higher tech/update needs than others, but if monthly average doesn't spike higher than annual plan allotment - no additional charges will be incurred.
